Price range: $1,747.50 through $6,247.50
a. You will be charged a Provisional Instrument Deposit of apporximately 50% of the instrument retail price as listed in the online store, shipping to you office and shipping back to NMI.
b. Upon the arrival of the Provisional Instrument, package and return the instrument requiring service to Neuromechanical Innovations.
c. Once your instrument has been inspected and repaired, NMI will ship the instrument back to you.
d. Upon the arrival of your repaired or serviced instrument, package and return the Provisional Instrument to NMI.
e. Once your defective instrument has been returned and NMI has received the Provisional Instrument, NMI will refund the Provisional Instrument Deposit.
f. After you have received your repaired instrument, NMI may charge your credit card for the advertised full retail value of the Provisional instrument if the Provisional Instrument is not returned to NMI within 30 days.
