General Overview

Items Purchased From Neuromechanical Innovations

NMI refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, products are not eligible for a full refund or exchange. Authorization for Instrument returns may be granted upon management approval within thirty (30) days of product delivery. NMI will issue a return authorization. Customers shall ship instrument(s) to NMI at customer expense. Upon receipt by NMI, returned instrument(s) will be inspected prior to issuing approval for refund.  Approved instrument refunds will be issued less 15% of the Instrument purchase price. Shipping will not be refunded. Instruments returns that were purchased in a promotional bundle containing items exempt from return shall be subject to a reduction of the full retail value of such exempt items.

In all instances to be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received it. Items must be in the original packaging. Products used or opened may be subject to a restocking fee or prorated return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Virtual Products
  • Educational and NMU University
  • Practice tools and resources
  • Memberships
  • Downloadable documents, software or similar products

Leased or Financed

Neuromechanical provides various Lease and Finance options through third-party financial partners. In such instances, Leased or Financed instruments may not be returned.  Instruments subject to trade in shall be evaluated upon fulfillment of the duration and terms of such Lease or Finance contract. Neuromechanical shall service or repair instruments throughout the term of the lease or finance contract as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty.

Returned Items

Once a return is received and inspected, NMI will send an email notification upon receipt and/or upon approval or rejection of a full or partial refund.

Upon approved, such refund will be processed. Refunds be promptly made in the form of payment used at the time of purchase or by check at NMI discretion.

Items purchased from 3rd party retail, wholesale or distributor. 

In all instances, such matters should be addressed through entity where items were purchased.
