New Impulse Adjusting Instruments are covered by a three-year product warranty against premature malfunction under normal use.

Normal use is defined as daily practical use during Chiropractic adjustments within a single treatment room with steady patient flow.

New Instruments experiencing malfunction within three (3) years of purchase shall be returned and inspected in accordance with return procedures.

Returned instruments experiencing malfunction will be subject to diagnostic testing to determine cause of malfunction.

Neuromechanical Innovations will repair or replace malfunctioning instruments Under Warranty at no charge upon determination such malfunction was not caused by factors outside Normal Use.

Factors outside Normal Use:

• Physical abuse
• Moisture exposer
• Abnormal use
• Over cycling
